I am a weakling
I am a weakling
I get hurt when harsh words are spoken
I tear up every time I see someone cry
I am a weakling
I feel the pain of others as it flows
I ache when I see a wandering soul
I am a weakling
I choke when I see a starving face
I remain aghast on others misfortunes
I am a weakling
I break from the inside as they shatter
I burn when they are mocked mighty
I am a weakling
I cannot hide my sudden emotions
Be it happy or heartening sorrow
I am a weakling
I cry first and raise voice second
I don't hide my wrath over deceit
I am a weakling
I believe each is a life's teaching
I get hurt when harsh words are spoken
I tear up every time I see someone cry
I am a weakling
I feel the pain of others as it flows
I ache when I see a wandering soul
I am a weakling
I choke when I see a starving face
I remain aghast on others misfortunes
I am a weakling
I break from the inside as they shatter
I burn when they are mocked mighty
I am a weakling
I cannot hide my sudden emotions
Be it happy or heartening sorrow
I am a weakling
I cry first and raise voice second
I don't hide my wrath over deceit
I am a weakling
I believe each is a life's teaching

The Tamarind tree
Meet the tamarind tree
Standing tall, stout and free
Older and wiser by the year
Nothing can make him fear
He is hard from the outside
But soft and gentle inside
He is lonely but not alone
He has none to call his own
When the lights begin to dim
The tiny birds perch on him
He is their home, their hope
Tying them together like rope
He silently awaits for someone
All he does is smile at the sun
Standing tall, stout and free
Older and wiser by the year
Nothing can make him fear
He is hard from the outside
But soft and gentle inside
He is lonely but not alone
He has none to call his own
When the lights begin to dim
The tiny birds perch on him
He is their home, their hope
Tying them together like rope
He silently awaits for someone
All he does is smile at the sun

Fall
You fall…
For the guy at the coffee shop
For the puppy eyes
For the smile that catches your heart
You fall
For the art, for the smart
You fall for the girl at the park
You fall for the wheels on the road
You fall
On your face, on your back
You fall
For the eye catching fashion
For the crunchy smoothie,
For the home made bake
You fall short, you fall back
You
fall for every word
Then why is it so hard to fall asleep?

Life
Life ultimately ends
Like it or not
Before you know it
Or when you start living it
Nothing owns you
And you own none
All that is yours
Was never yours to be
We are but random particles
Independent yet dependent
Time passes fast
Least when grieving
You cannot stop loving
Life cannot keep giving
Your love never dies
It always gets passed
What you hold closest
Dies by your side
Others just scatter
Like it or not
Before you know it
Or when you start living it
Nothing owns you
And you own none
All that is yours
Was never yours to be
We are but random particles
Independent yet dependent
Time passes fast
Least when grieving
You cannot stop loving
Life cannot keep giving
Your love never dies
It always gets passed
What you hold closest
Dies by your side
Others just scatter
Its not their matter
What remains is half
Of what was left of you

Things we do
We know its poisonous
Yet we drink it
We know its wrong
Yet we do it
We know its harmful
Yet we cause it
We know its gone
Yet we wait in hope
We know its broken
Yet we break it
We know its dangerous
Yet we live it
We know its fruitless
Yet we bear it
We know its pain causing
Yet we go for it
We know its thankless
Yet we we grace it
We know its time
Yet we refuse it
We know its the end
We know it is but
Just another beginning
Yet we drink it
We know its wrong
Yet we do it
We know its harmful
Yet we cause it
We know its gone
Yet we wait in hope
We know its broken
Yet we break it
We know its dangerous
Yet we live it
We know its fruitless
Yet we bear it
We know its pain causing
Yet we go for it
We know its thankless
Yet we we grace it
We know its time
Yet we refuse it
We know its the end
We know it is but
Just another beginning

NightLife
Wake up the silent night
Keep your eyes shut tight
Open your heart your mind
Be gentle be a little kind
Dance with moon and stars
Start the love stop the war
Show no restrain or no fear
Forget pain shed the tears
Ride the wind, be the storm
Follow the fire not the norms
Fly like a devil in the dark
Be sure to leave your mark
Break the barriers they tie
Live free once before you die
Come away from the hiding
Let them do their biding
Be an owl or a jungle fowl
Play wise be there no foul
Rise anew from the ashes
Hit back at those lashes
Don't hold back any anger
Wait for none no longer
Touch the darkness within
And pour out all your sin
Night is dissolving into day
Say goodbye and fly away

The broken pieces you left behind
Why did you leave before your time
I have come, open your eyes here I am
Come back to us as soon as you can
We had you only for a very short span
The house is but a hollow without life
The pain is piercing through like a knife
Your voice no longer fills the four walls
All that is received are the empty calls
Saw only agony in your deep brown eyes
Before death came in a deceiving disguise
No one can replace what is long gone
Only wish is your return in every dawn
Will search for you in heaven and earth
Will leave no stone unturned till death
I heard nature shed her tears as I knelt
Nothing said, nothing asked but only felt
All is not lost, hope unfolds by as I moan
Be born again as my blood and my bone
Now that you are at peace with yourself
I shall keep a solemn promise to myself
That I will bind together body and mind
Of all the broken pieces you left behind.
Come back to us as soon as you can
We had you only for a very short span
The house is but a hollow without life
The pain is piercing through like a knife
Your voice no longer fills the four walls

It wouldn't matter
It wouldn't matter
If you lived in a house or a hut,
It wouldn't matter
If you earned in pounds or pennies,
It wouldn't matter
If you slept on bed or bare ground,
It wouldn't matter
If you remained fed or starved,
It wouldn't matter
If you rode a car or a cart,
It wouldn't matter
If you smoked or ate fire,
It wouldn't matter
If you stole or stabbed,
It wouldn't matter
If you swore or sang hymns,
It wouldn't matter
If you loved or were loved,
Because all that you leave behind,
One day is a jar of ashes.
If you lived in a house or a hut,
It wouldn't matter
If you earned in pounds or pennies,
It wouldn't matter
If you slept on bed or bare ground,
It wouldn't matter
If you remained fed or starved,
It wouldn't matter
If you rode a car or a cart,

Because all that you leave behind,
One day is a jar of ashes.

The Touch
Can you touch God
with your prayers,
with your thoughts?
God answered to man,
when you touch
another being
with your actions
and your prayers,
through him
you touch me
body and soul.
with your prayers,
with your thoughts?
God answered to man,
when you touch
another being
with your actions
and your prayers,
through him
you touch me
body and soul.
